Treehouse Parlor Art Project @ Wave Hill Garden

Where: Wave Hill Garden, Bronx, NY
Detail: Join visiting artist and sculptor Matt Bua in making a small, outdoor dwelling inspired by former Wave Hill resident Mark Twain, who loved to entertain guests with tea in an outdoor, treehouse parlor. Add natural decorations and pictures to the dwelling’s interior to create a cozy literary den, and help make a Mark Twain “zine”, or small magazine. The event is Free, and admission to Wave Hill Garden is free until noon.

Fluff was dropped under the couch, Squibbly was abandoned in the gutter and Disco Frog was caught in a ceiling fan. But don't fret, dear pet! With a comedic, quirky and colorful mix of sound, story, video and vacuum, toys get discovered and recovered by the plaid-patterned family.
