Details: For Ages 7-10. Let’s have fun thinking about the possibilities of paper in new and exciting ways! We will curl, fold, pinch, crumple, round, poke and cut paper to explore and have fun with this medium. Drawing inspiration from nature we will begin with embodying ourselves as trees, birds and beyond, and then we’ll translate these feelings into 3D objects.

Earth Day Family Day @ Bruce Museum

Details: There will be family activities, a special musical performance of Sounds of the Earth featuring traditional music from varied world cultures as it relates to the earth, nature and the environment by Journeys with Sound at 2:00pm, a Bruce Museum grounds nature walk at 3:00pm and guests from the Astronomical Society of Greenwich and the Bruce Museum Seaside Center. Limited seating. Performances and activities are free with museum admission.”
