Butterflies Exhibit Opening @ Greenburgh Nature Center

Detail: This is the annual tradition of butterfly exhibit. The hoop structure housing the butterflies is located in our wildflower meadow, providing a more natural setting for both visitors and butterflies. Learn about the life cycle of a butterfly, from egg to caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly. The exhibit is appropriate for all ages and is FREE for members; Non-members $2 plus regular GNC admission fee. NOTE: See receptionist in Manor House to receive stamp prior to visiting the butterflies.

My Green Heaven @ Wave Hill

Details: New York's most treasured summer tradition, Free Shakespeare in the Park, celebrates its 52nd season in Central Park's famous Delacorte Theater. This show presented this year is Much Ado About Nothing. Central Park becomes sun-drenched Sicily at the turn of the last century, where the heat of summer ignites the fevered passions of lovesick ladies in corsets and pining gentlemen spying from the verandah.
