Warhol Summer Bash Family Day @ Bruce Museum

Details: “Join us for a groovy, good time! Fun, hands-on activities from inspired by the exhibition Spring into Summer with Warhol and Friends! A rockin’, sixties and seventies-inspired music performance by Little Rockers at 2:00 pm, This 45-minute experience will include musical activities with instruments and movement for a totally unique rock show. Performance is recommended for ages 2 - 8. Seating limited. From 1:30 - 3:30 pm, artist Kayti Didriksen will guide families to create an Andy Warhol-inspired sidewalk chalk mural. Participants will cut will cut floral stencils from colored paper, mix a spray chalk, ‘spray’ flowers using the stencil, and finish the work by creating grass "lines" resembling Andy Warhol’s 1964 Flower print on the walkway in front of the Museum.”
