Details: The parade starts at 77th Street and Central Park West at 9 a.m., moves along Central Park West to Columbus Circle, turns on Central Park South onto Sixth Avenue and concludes at 34th Street near Macy's Herald Square.

Winter Wonderland @ Kensico Dam Plaza
When: Nov 25, 2016 - Jan 2, 2017 5pm-9pm/10pm
Where: Kensico Dam Plaza, valhalla, NY
Details: Holiday circus, Santa Express, Ice-Rink, Candy Cane Lane, and Musical Light Show. $15 Admission. Free Parking.

Mooseltoe @ White Plains

Holiday Train Show @ Scarsdale
When: Nov 26 & 27, Sat & Sun 10AM-4:30PM
Where: Greenburgh Nature Center, Scarsdale, NY
Details: Train lovers of all ages will love the HO gauge model trains on display among replicas of area landmarks, courtesy of Yonkers Model Railroad Club. Members of the club will be on-site to answer questions. Free for members, Non-members: Adults $10, Seniors/Students $9, Children ages 2 to 12 $8. Children under 2 are free. Cost includes admission to all Manor House exhibits.

Holiday Train Show @ New York Botanical Garden
When: November 19, 2016–January 16, 2017
Where: New York Botanical Garden
Details: For the 25th anniversary of NYC's favorite winter tradition, enchanting model trains zip through a display of 150 landmarks, each re-created with bark, leaves, and other natural materials under the twinkling glow of the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory.

Tree Lighting @ Rockefeller Center

Where: Rockefeller Center, NYC
Details: The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree is a world-wide symbol of the holidays in New York City. The 2016 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree will be lit for the first time on Wednesday, November 30, with live performances from 7–9pm, at Rockefeller Plaza, between West 48th and West 51st Streets and Fifth and Sixth Avenues. Thousands crowded the sidewalks for the event and millions watched it live across the globe. The Tree will remain lit and can be viewed until 9pm on January 7, 2017.

The Nutcracker Performed by New York Theater Ballet
When: Sunday Dec 4, 2016 3pm and 6pm
Where: Tarrytown Music Hall
Details: An enchanting hour-long production of The Nutcracker, created for younger audiences, yet sophisticated enough for adults!
